Daily announcements for the middle school are available below.  Please click on the appropriate day of the week.  We do not archive announcements longer than 5 days.

Parents can also receive daily announcements via email.  Please contact Mrs. Wyse and let her know your student's name and grade.

Saturday at the NWOAL Cross Country Championship, the girls’ team placed 3rd and the boys’s team won the championship.  Top finishers for Archbold were Kirsten DeLong 11th place and Brennan Garrow 1st.  Athletes- please turn uniforms into Mr. Lambert.  

 

7th and 8th grade Girls: If you are interested in playing basketball this year please sign up on the sheet in the Main Office by Friday, October 11. We will have Open Gym on: Monday, October 21 from 3-4:30 & Wednesday, October 23 from 3-4:30   Tryouts will begin: Monday, October 28 3-5pm, Tuesday, October 29 3-5pm. Wednesday, October 30 3-5pm.

 

The Lost and Found table is now located in the cafeteria.  Please take a look and see if anything belongs to you.

 

The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to AMS November 18th through November 25th

 

Are you a middle school student who is making a difference through volunteering? Each year the Prudential Spirit of Community Award honors students in schools across the country. Recently, our own Chiana Nafziger was named as the state recipient, earned a $1000 scholarship and represented AMS and Ohio in Washington DC. There will be a prime time volleyball game this morning in the small gym immediately after announcements as the "Destroyers" will take on the "Orange Juicers".  Bring a quarter and see some exciting volleyball action!

 

There will also be volleyball during the lunch hours today:

6th Grade    "The Divers" will take on "To Eres Bosuda"

The seventh grade volleyball team ended their season with a league championship, defeating the Evergreen Vikings in two sets. The seventh grade team went undefeated in the league this season and had an overall record of 15 wins and 4 losses. Congratulations ladies on a great season!

 

 

All HELLO team members will be meeting this morning in Mrs. Lindsay’s room immediately following announcements.

Today during the lunch hours, there will be student council tournament volleyball.  Playing today will be:
