The student council would like to thank all those who participated last week in the AMS spirit week. As a bonus, the student council would like to do games one more day this week (on Wednesday) as there will be ladder ball, basketball contests, and field goal kicking once again on Wednesday. Join in on the fun and win a treat while doing so!
The Fellowship of Christian Athletes will be selling shirts this week that middle school and high school students wear. Students may pick up an order form in the gym from Mr. PE Miller. There is also a sample shirt in the gym for students to see what the shirts will be like. If you have any questions please see Mr. PE Miller and thank you for supporting the FCA!
There will be Basketball Cheerleading Tryouts TODAY after school.
A safe, revised, in-house Scholastic Book Fair is coming to AMS November 16 – 23!
Families may also purchase through our virtual/online Scholastic Book Fair during these dates.

Open gyms for any boy who wants to try out for 7th and 8th Grade BOYS basketball will be tomorrow (Tuesday) and (Thursday) the 29th from 5:00-6:30 PM
Are you a student who’s made a difference through volunteering? If so, you should apply for the 2021 Prudential Spirit of Community Award. In November, AMS will select our local honoree to be nominated for state recognition. State honorees win a $1000 Scholarship along with an all-expense paid trip to Washington DC in May. To apply go to the website spirit.prudential.com. For more information there is a poster near the main office.
