Public Notice Updates

As required by House Bill 276, below is a copy of the Archbold Area Local School District’s policy on Bullying. We are required to post on the District website a “summary” of reported incidents, by building, of bullying that takes place each semester of the school year. In addition to the policy, please find the number of reported bullying incidents.

The Ohio Department of Education has requested that all school districts across the state post the attached notice in district buildings and on our web site. If you are the parent of a child with disabilities, I would encourage you to review the attached Notice and Consent Order originating out of the Southern District of Ohio at Columbus.
